Palmistry, the art of reading hands, it has been practised throughout the world for thousands of years. Although its exact origins are not known, ancient Hindu texts describe specific palmistry techniques. There is also evidence that palmistry was practised in ancient China, Greece and Rome. Palmists observe every detail of individual’s hands, from their size and shape to the lines on their palms. Each palmist has their own beliefs about what can be read on the right and left hands.
