The group will perform mediations, learn about the chakras and
psychic protection, as well as connecting with your
Spirit Guides and Angels.

We will also be developing our spiritual gifts and understand
what the 4 C’s are all about
(Clairvoyance, Clairsentience, Clairaudience and Claircognizance).

We will also practice with other tools of the trade such as:
Angel/ Tarot cards, pyschometry, pendulum guidance, crystals
and Reiki (Energy/ Spiritual healing) and lots more.

Beginners to Advance students are welcome to join.

I have designed a 10 week mediation course for those
starting out on thier journey with mediation.

The course will go through the history of mediation, sitting and breathing techniqes as well as different types of mediation available.
It will also cover the chakra's, auras, and energy relation to mediation.

The mediation 10 week course is open to everyone but
pre booking is essential.

Class commence date TBA
and are held weekly at 7.30pm - 8.30pm at a cost of 
$200.00 or $25.00 per night  

MEDITATION GROUP

Meditation is  a supportive way to delevope oneself
to quiet the mind.

This group is for anyone that wants to meditate and may not have the available space at home or just like the energy of a group.

We will be doing mediation raningfrom basic breathing to mindfulness, yoga nidra and spiritual meditations 

This weekly meditation group will bring like mind people together in a nuturing and supportive way.

Class held every Friday evening from 6pm to 7pm 
at the cost of $60.00 per month or $20.00 per session.
